Project Controls Engineer
We are currently seeking to fill the position of Project Controls Engineer. Candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management and have 3 to 10 years of progressively responsible experience in classic project controls including a) CPM scheduling (Primavera or equivalent) on large and complex projects including resource loading, WBS structure setup, cash flow analysis, etc. b) cost control using Earned Value Management (EVM) and c) progress tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities will include preparation, monitoring and analysis of project cost and schedule. Candidate will review and analyze contractor changes and claims, and assist senior staff in project oversight and problem/dispute resolution. Duties include the preparation of written reports, charts and quantitative analysis of project data such as productivity rates (planned v. actual), cost-to-complete, etc. Candidate will also conduct forensic analysis of schedule delay and quantification of direct and indirect damages under supervision of senior staff.

Additional Requirements:
Candidates with field experience as Project Engineer are preferred. Experience with contract administration, change order evaluation and delay analysis, as well as experience on industrial EPC contracts, is a plus.

BIM / 3D Construction Modeler
We are currently seeking to fill a position for a 3D Construction Modeler to support our newly established Building Information Modeling (BIM) practice. Candidates will possess a strong background in architectural design and/or construction and must be proficient with CAD.

Primary responsibilities will include detailed 3D model development of building projects in a variety of software environments. Experience with Revitâ„¢ and project scheduling (CPM) software a plus.
